I use a number of modalities in therapy. Like all therapists, over the years I have picked a certain number of tools which I prefer using over others, and which I bring out depending on the client and the subjects they wish to tackle. To decide on which ones to use in my practice, I look for sound scientific research supporting its effectiveness (I already admitted to be a research nerd, so no surprise there, I suppose!)
