Fee for a 60-minute session:
$250 USD​​
Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and HSA/FSA cards through a HIPAA-compliant secure platform (TherapyNotes via CardConnect).
Some people choose longer-term work, while others seek more time-limited support. The length and focus of therapy are collaborative and can be revisited as needs change.​ ​

All new therapy work begins with a brief Zoom conversation so we can both assess fit and determine next steps, without pressure to decide.

Insurance
At this time, I offer both private-pay and limited insurance-based therapy, with the intention of transitioning fully to private-pay care over time.

Out-of-Network (OON)
If you would like to use out-of-network benefits, I can help you do so through Mentaya.com.

In-Network (INN)
I currently accept Cigna, Aetna, and Optum plans for clients located in Florida, Colorado, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah, through the platform Alma.

Please note: I anticipate discontinuing in-network insurance services in the coming months. Clients seeking longer-term therapy may wish to consider whether private-pay services feel like a sustainable option for them. To check insurance eligibility through Alma, you may visit: www.helloalma.com.
Additional Information
I currently provide individual telehealth therapy for adults (18+) using a HIPAA-compliant virtual platform. I do not offer in-person sessions at this time.
