Fee for a 60-minute session:
$250 USD
Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and HSA/FSA cards through a HIPAA-compliant secure platform (TherapyNotes via CardConnect).
Some people choose longer-term work, while others seek more time-limited support. The length and focus of therapy are collaborative and can be revisited as needs change.
All new therapy work begins with a brief Zoom conversation so we can both assess fit and determine next steps, without pressure to decide.
Insurance
As of April 1st, 2026, I am no longer in network (INN) with any insurance panels.
Out-of-Network (OON)

I currently provide individual telehealth therapy for adults (18+) using a HIPAA-compliant virtual platform. I do not offer in-person sessions at this time.
I am licensed to provide telehealth therapy to clients who are physically located in the following 18 states at the time of sessions:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida (primary license), Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Wisconsin, and Wyoming, USA.
