I offer telehealth therapy in English, French, and Spanish for individuals who are physically located in California at the time of session. I am licensed to practice in California and work with clients statewide through secure video therapy.

People often reach out for help processing religious trauma, deconstruction, lingering fear or guilt after belief change, or the effects of growing up in high-control religious systems. Many are navigating identity questions, family strain, or mixed-faith relationship dynamics.

My approach is secular and autonomy-centered. Therapy is not about replacing one belief system with another, but about supporting clarity, emotional safety, and self-trust. We move at a pace that respects your history and your current reality.
