Triple Isolation

A layered isolation strategy that cuts you off from support across multiple domains: social, informational, and internal (self-trust).
• You’re separated from outsiders, and you’re discouraged from private friendships inside the group.
• You’re blocked from outside media, therapy, or criticism that could reality-check the system.
• You’re trained to distrust your own thoughts and emotions as deception or attack.

Potential clinical implications (especially in high control settings)

• Increased dependency and decreased ability to reality-test or seek help.
• Anxiety, depression, and dissociation from prolonged social and psychological confinement.
• Greater vulnerability to coercion because alternatives feel unreachable.
