I provide telehealth therapy in English, French, and Spanish for individuals who are physically located in Florida at the time of session. Florida is my primary license, and I work with clients across the state via secure video sessions.

Many people in Florida reach out for support related to religious trauma, faith crisis or deconstruction, purity culture, religious residue, and the long-term effects of high-control religious environments. I work with individuals who are navigating fear-based conditioning, identity shifts, and the emotional aftermath of belief change.

My work is secular and trauma-informed. Therapy does not rely on religious doctrine, spiritual authority, or belief alignment. Instead, sessions focus on psychological safety, nervous system regulation, and rebuilding trust in your own perceptions and choices.

Telehealth allows you to access therapy from anywhere in Florida. You do not need to live near a specific city; what matters is that you are physically located in Florida during sessions.
