I offer telehealth therapy in English, French, and Spanish for individuals who are physically located in Massachusetts at the time of session. I am licensed in Massachusetts and work with clients statewide through secure video sessions.

People often reach out for help processing religious trauma, deconstruction, purity culture, or lingering fear and shame tied to religious conditioning. Many are navigating intellectual clarity alongside emotional or nervous system responses that haven’t caught up yet.

My approach is secular and trauma-informed, focused on psychological safety, consent, and self-trust. Therapy is not about belief correction or spiritual direction, but about understanding your experience and supporting autonomy.
