I provide telehealth therapy in English, French, and Spanish for individuals who are physically located in Oregon at the time of session. I am licensed to practice in Oregon and work with clients across the state via secure video therapy.

Many people seek support for religious trauma, faith crisis or deconstruction, or the long-term effects of fear-based or controlling religious systems. Others are working through identity reconstruction, relational strain, or nervous system responses that persist after belief change.

My work is secular, trauma-informed, and autonomy-centered. Therapy does not involve religious frameworks or spiritual authority, and you are never pressured to believe, decide, or disclose before you are ready.
