I provide telehealth therapy in English, French, and Spanish for individuals who are physically located in Alaska at the time of session. I am licensed to practice in Alaska and work with clients statewide through secure video therapy.

People often reach out for support related to religious trauma, faith crisis or deconstruction, purity culture, or the lingering effects of fear-based or high-control religious environments. Many are navigating identity shifts, grief, or internalized fear long after beliefs have changed.

My work is secular and trauma-informed, focused on psychological safety, autonomy, and rebuilding trust in your own internal authority. Therapy does not involve spiritual direction or belief goals.
